15. Are the decrees which were determined by the apostles and elders at Jerusalem (Acts 15:19-29) still all mandatory, or some of them have been abolished?

They are still all mandatory. Therefore, brethren, I say to you what the apostles and elders wrote to the brethren who were of the Gentiles in Antioch, Syria and Cilicia: “If you keep yourselves from these [that is, things offered to idols, blood, things strangled, and sexual immorality], you will do well” (Acts 15:29 – NKJV).
