2. Is water baptism optional or mandatory? |

It is mandatory, for when Jesus commanded His apostles: “Go ye
therefore, and teach all nations” (Matthew 28:19) He said to them: “Baptizing
them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost”. The
fact that there is a command to baptize means implicitly that those who have
